Mailing services includes a lot more than just dropping the finished printed product in the mail. It includes knowing the postal regulations inside and out, ensuring that you're sending out your promotional items in the most cost-efficient way possible. Not only do we design and print your mailers while keeping in mind the finished mailed product, we also can manage your entire mailing project and send them out for you.

Our mailing services include:

• List Management — All of our mailing lists go through the National Change of Address (NCOA) database to maximize delivery. Our software is CASS/PAVE certified by the U.S. Postal Service.
• Mailing Lists — We are an authorized reseller of nationally compiled mailing lists. There is a vast selection of search criteria for all residential and business lists. Popular choices range from age, income and gender to SIC codes, number of employees, sales volume, etc. Many other selections are available.
• Direct Addressing — We can imprint logos, return addresses, and mailing permits, or apply "live" postage stamps.
• Laser Printing / Mail-Merge — Increase your response by turning your generic form letters into personalized laser letters. Digitized signatures and variable data can easily be placed into the body of your letter.
• Tabbing & Labeling — Our vacuum feeders can single or double tab inline and apply “live” stamps to make your mailer more personal. Our machines can run almost any mail piece quickly and easily.
• Postal Specifications & Rates — Your list is automatically sorted to provide the lowest qualifying postage rates and our software is USPS approved for First Class, Standard, non-profit, periodical or even irregular parcels. We hold multiple permits at sectional centers and local post offices for your convenience as well as maximum postage and delivery time savings.
• Folding & Inserting — Folding and inserting of laser letters or other printed materials is no problem with our automated systems in our bindery.
